TVLSE AI is an app created by TVLSE STUDIOS, LLC. This policy explains what information TVLSE STUDIOS, LLC collects and how we use it to operate TVLSE AI.

Information We Collect

• Assistant prompts and messages you submit so the assistant can generate responses.
• Account email, forum-style profile details, password hash, password salt, and HTTP-only account session cookies used for password-protected login.
• Billing email, selected membership plan, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and account status needed to activate paid access.
• Signed first-party membership cookies used to remember paid access and remaining Deploy/Debug uses on the web app.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timing, browser or app user agent, and error logs.

How We Use Information

• To provide AI assistant responses and operate TVLSE AI.
• To authenticate users and keep each user's profile and future generated-app records separate from other accounts.
• To activate membership trials, restore access, and track plan limits.
• To detect errors, improve reliability, protect the service, and prevent abuse.

AI Providers and Service Providers

Assistant prompts may be sent to configured AI and infrastructure providers, including xAI, Cloudflare, and other providers used to run the service. These providers process data only as needed to provide the assistant and hosting infrastructure.

Payments

The Google Play version of TVLSE AI does not collect payment information. If paid features are offered on the web, payments are handled by the payment provider and TVLSE STUDIOS, LLC does not store full card numbers.

Verified web payments may set a signed, HTTP-only cookie so the browser can remember paid membership access. If cookies are blocked or cleared, access can be restored by email lookup when available, or by completing another verified checkout.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, comply with legal requirements, or protect the safety and security of the service.

Data Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable safeguards for the current stage of the product.

Children

TVLSE AI is not intended for children under 13. The app is designed for developers, sysadmins, and productivity users.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit prompts, emails, profile details, or checkout requests. To request deletion of account or billing-access information, contact support using the contact details provided in the Google Play listing or Stripe receipt.
