Refund And Return Policy

TVLSE STUDIOS, LLC sells digital software access and service-related offerings. This policy explains how refund requests are handled for TVLSE AI.
Memberships
Starter and Basic trial users may cancel within 14 days to avoid being charged. Ultimate trial users may cancel within 7 days to avoid being charged.
After a successful subscription charge, refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a different right is required by law.
Digital Delivery
TVLSE AI memberships are digital products. There are no physical returns. Access, receipts, and account status are handled through the hosted app, Stripe checkout, or the email used at purchase.
Service Work
TVLSE STUDIOS, LLC service projects, custom work, or high-ticket studio work should use a separate written agreement. Refunds, milestones, deposits, and delivery terms for those services are controlled by that agreement.
Not An Investment
Membership purchases are software access payments, not investments. Purchasers receive no equity, royalties, ownership, profit share, or financial return.
Chargebacks And Abuse
TVLSE STUDIOS, LLC may restrict access for fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, payment disputes, account misuse, or attempts to bypass payment systems.
